CANCELLATION POLICY

    • If the order has already been shipped within the 24-hour period, cancellation will be processed only after deducting applicable shipping and statutory charges.
    • No cancellations will be entertained beyond 24 hours from order placement.
  2. Refund Timeline:
    • Approved refunds will be processed within 15 working days from the time of approval.
    • Customers will receive a notification regarding the refund status via email.
  3. Company-Initiated Cancellations:
    • Gorakh Pure Herb Wellness reserves the right to cancel orders that are beyond our delivery scope or logistically unfeasible.
    • We may refuse or cancel an order due to stock limitations, pricing errors, or concerns flagged by our fraud prevention team.
    • If we suspect any fraudulent transaction or violations of our terms and conditions, we reserve the right to cancel such orders with or without prior notice.
  4. Customer Identification Requirement:
    • We may request proof of identification at the time of delivery. Failure to provide the required proof may result in order cancellation.

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

At Gorakh Pure Herb Wellness, customer satisfaction is our priority. If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, please follow our return/exchange process:

  1. Reporting Damaged or Incorrect Products:
    • If a product is received in a damaged condition or an incorrect item is delivered, customers must report the issue within 24 hours of delivery.

    • We highly recommend customers record an unboxing video as proof in case of damage or incorrect product delivery.
  2. Return/Exchange Process:
    • Returns will not be accepted without an official return/exchange request.
    • Once a request is made, our customer care team will assess the claim and may ask for:
      • Images of the damaged product
      • Images of the incorrect product
      • Images of packaging
      • Additional supporting details, if required.
    • If the request is approved, you will receive a return/exchange ticket number and further instructions.
    • Customers must share the shipment tracking details upon dispatching the return product.
    • Upon receiving and verifying the returned product, the replacement process will be initiated.
    • Replacements may take up to 15 days from the date of receipt of the returned item.
  3. Important Return Guidelines:
    • The product must be returned in its original packaging.
    • The serial number and product composition must remain unaltered.
    • Labels, cartons, and other packaging materials must be included.
    • If a free gift was provided as part of the purchase, it must also be returned in its original condition.
    • False claims or misleading return requests will result in rejection, and any incurred shipping costs will be charged to the customer.
  4. Non-Returnable Cases:
    • Free products or promotional gifts are not eligible for return/exchange.
    • If the customer refuses delivery or is unavailable for repeated attempts, returns/exchanges will not be entertained.
